How does instant access work?

Once you select the plan you want and make payment for it, you will automatically have access to the courses. You will be able to see all courses within your plan and just need to click on the video to start training.

How do I get access to new videos?

New videos will automatically be added to your available course catalog. We will send out occasional emails letting you know new videos are added, when they are available. If there is a firmware change and a new video is available for existing content, we will simply add that new video to the library.

How do I renew access?

Access is renewed automatically unless you cancel the subscription. You just need to keep your payment type on file, and the subscription will renew. We will also send out an email to let you know of the upcoming subscription.

Can I schedule in-person training?

Yes, please reach out to us on the contact form and let us know what training you are interested in. We regularly host in-person training in various locations, and we can provide you with a list of upcoming training for you to select from.
