MTCNA MikroTik Certified Networking Associate
The MTCNA course is designed as an introductory course to the MikroTik RouterOS software. The course starts with the basics of using MikroTik and works its way through basic routing, switching, bridging, wireless, network management, firewalls, quality of service, and tunnels. The class is taught in a lab environment with a lab completed after each module is covered to reinforce the concepts covered. By the end of this training session, the student will be familiar with RouterOS software and RouterBOARD products and be able to connect the client to the Internet. He will also be able to configure, manage, do basic troubleshooting of a MikroTik router and provide basic services to clients.
Good for: Network engineers and technicians wanting to deploy and support: Corporate networks, Client CPEs (WISPs and ISPs)
Prerequisite: Good understanding of TCP/IP and subnetting
MTCWE MikroTik Certified Wireless Engineer
After taking this course, students will be able to identify the correct choice of wireless equipment to implement and troubleshoot complex wireless networks. Topics include: back haul links, bridging (using STP, RSTP), PtP, PtMP, WDS and Mesh with HWMP, and routing protocols.
MTCSE MikroTik Certified Security Engineer
The MikroTik Certified Security Engineer (MTCSE) course was designed to tackle new and old security threats. Students will learn cybersecurity terminology, how to effectively secure your MikroTik router, and how to securely manage your internal network. By the end of this training session, the participant will be able to plan and implement appropriate security measures suitable for the network at hand.
Good for: Network engineers and technicians wanting to deploy and maintain secure MikroTik device based networks.
MTCRE MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer
The training session is organized to prepare you for static routing, point to point addressing, VPN and OSPF protocols and how they work. By the end of this training session, the student will be able to plan, implement and debug routed MikroTik RouterOS network configurations.
Good for: Network engineers and technicians wanting to deploy and support static and/or dynamic routed networks.
